Work you’ll do
As a Delivery Senior Vice President in our Supply Chain practice, you will:
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks that ensure effective internal operations, project alignment, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Drive standardization of efforts by leveraging existing firm methods, tools, accelerators in client delivery
- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing the effectiveness of program execution.
- Oversee internal third-party reviews, subcontractor agreement development and subcontractor onboarding.
- Identify and escalate potential cost, schedule, performance risks and other engagement risks to PM, DPM, QCM, Risk lead.
- Deliver program-level results utilizing a mix of delivery models to maximize profitability (on site / off-shore, US-based delivery centers, subcontractors)
- Develop, manage and track program forecasts and budget across large portfolio of projects, ensuring adherence to CPFF contract terms, managing and controlling program expenditures.
- Develop and manage metrics and KPIs to track program performance, drive improvements, and provide timely reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication, reporting, and issue resolution across the program.
- Oversee quality assurance processes in collaboration with Quality Control Manager to confirm all program deliverables meet the contract’s standards and requirements.
- Consistently demonstrate inclusive leadership behaviors while leading large teams towards deliverable milestones for successful program delivery
- Mentor engagement staff and model behavior aligned to Deloitte’s values and culture
- Provide oversight for PMO information systems to integrate current and new applications into Program Management functions.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale, multi-faceted engagements in the federal sector, including CPFF contracts with complex subcontractor management.
- 5 years’ experience supporting the DoD clients
- PMI Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- PMP (Program Management Professional)
- Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement Certifications preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
