Position Summary

Salesforce Technical Delivery Engineer Project Delivery Specialist, Customer

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our team in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Service Cloud, and have a strong background in contact center solutions. This role requires excellent face-to-face client engagement skills.
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to enhance contact center operations.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Customer group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with relevant certifications
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is essential.
  • Experience with contact center solutions (Salesforce Service Cloud) is highly desired.
  • Strong face-to-face client engagement skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer 1) are a must. Additional certifications like Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer etc.) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
