Position Summary
Our Deloitte Human Capital team helps organizations create value through people performance. We work with clients to reimagine work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise and to transform their HR functions with AI and emerging technology. With the rapid pace of change in today’s world, you will help clients answer questions like: How do I access, develop, and motivate my workforce? What should my AI strategy be for the HR function? Work you’ll do
As a Change Communications Consultant for our Federal client, you will:
- Track and work across multiple client programs with competing deadlines and different stakeholders
- Support communications and change management activities, including development and dissemination of communications products and resources
- Leverage change management methods, apply them based on change adoption requirements, and adjust as needed to focus on execution and impact for people-related change in a transformation initiative
- Engage with senior client leadership and determine appropriate situations for escalation to leadership
- Own and deliver a communication plan and ensure messages reach the right audience at the right time and channel
- Leverage existing resources and materials to draft appropriate responses to stakeholder inquiries
- Develop strategic documents, implementation plans, stakeholder assessments, stakeholder engagements, newsletters, videos, speeches, and communications frameworks

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of change management, communications, operations, and/or human capital related experience
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with an active polygraph aligned with the end client
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred:
- Master's degree preferred
- Experience in a management consulting environment
