Design the operations domain for our clients through business models, processes, and the implementation of (technical) solutions to help them achieve their strategic objectives and guide them through their business transformation. At Deloitte.

- Lead workstreams within transformations projects, guiding clients from strategy to implementation;
- support the design and delivery of transformation programs for Consumer; Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) and Technology, Media & Telecommunication (TMT) clients, enabling them to thrive in a digitally-driven world. When doing this, you contribute to the design and implementation of future-proof operating models optimizing processes, organizational structures, and technology;
- apply innovative technologies (such as RPA, GenAI, and/or Industry 4.0) and/or process optimization techniques such as Lean Six Sigma for end-to-end process excellence across the value chain. With this you Identify and implement cost improvements initiatives to enhance efficiency and elevate customer experience;
- coach junior team members to perform optimally at the client and develop personally;
- assist in developing insightful thought leadership on emerging trends in CET operations and transformation. Support the development and enhancement of our CET tools, assets, and methodologies;
- champion diversity and inclusion within the team and contribute to broader practice development initiatives.

B e t h e t r u e y o u
- A Master's degree, preferably in business or a technical field;
- 3+ years of relevant (consulting) experience and/or demonstrable experience with projects on process improvement, operating model design, cost improvement and/or technological transformation. Additionally, foundational understanding of one of the CET sectors' market dynamics including key trends, competitive landscape, and the impact of disruptive technologies;
- experience with project- or program management, including methods for change management and strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- experience in developing compelling business / value cases for operating model changes and disruptive technology solutions (particularly in areas of AI and automation is a plus);
- strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations;
- an excellent command of written and spoken English (and preferably Dutch).

Step 1: Preparation

We will send you confirmation when we have received all your details.
Step 2: Resume and motivation
One of our recruiters will assess your details and determine whether you fit the profile of the vacancy you are applying for.
Step 3: The assessment
When a recruiter sees enough of a match with your profile, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. By playing four online games, we can see which qualities and talents you possess and whether they align with the position you've applied for.
Step 4: The interview
Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited to a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is conducted with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done, and what your expectations are of a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for, and what the responsibilities are that belong to the vacancy. If both you and Deloitte would like to talk further, we invite you for a follow-up interview. In this conversation, we dive deeper into the content. What is your talent and what skills do you master? You may receive a case study during one of the follow-up interviews.
Step 5: The offer
When all conversations have been satisfactorily completed (for both parties), an offer will follow. The recruiter will draw up the contract for you which you will receive digitally.
