As a Consultant within the Responsible Data & Analytics
team, your primary goal is empower diverse clients
including governmental organizations, financial institutions
and corporate entities in optimizing their (data) processes
and addressing intricate data-related challenges. Your
strategic involvement could potentially lead to significant
improvements in data management, engineering, and
analytics, ultimately fostering a culture of responsible data
usage.

We are looking for motivated candidates with an interest to support clients with data related
challenges including data management and data engineering related challenges via the
following day-to-day activities:
  • Use your data expertise to specify, translate and implement client’s business needs into functional and data requirements for tools, analytical models, and data solutions;
  • Provide advice to clients based on best practices regarding data management and create end-to-end data value chains for Regulatory Reporting, Credit Risk, and Sustainability Reporting;
  • advise clients on where and how to best use (Gen) AI tools in their organisation, among others for data management;
  • Collaborate with colleagues from multiple Deloitte teams to deliver the best and most sustainable approaches and solutions to our clients;
  • Take responsibility and drive the initiative to deliver presentation materials and convey insights and recommendations to clients;
  • Engage in innovation, continuous learning and growing your knowledge and skills, engage in problem-solving with an attention to detail, carry responsibility for your own work and show a professional attitude towards your team and clients.

You need the following qualifications for the position of Consultant Responsible Data &
Analytics.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Administration, Business Information Management, Finance, or a relevant university degree;
  • Familiarity with Project Management, Data Quality Management, and/or Data Governance, gained through academic coursework, internships, or relevant projects;
  • A strong preference for candidates with a keen interest in data, analytics, and cloud solutions, including those from non-engineering fields, who demonstrate curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring various applications of data and analytics in client cases and different business scenarios;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Dutch.

team, which is part of Deloitte Strategy, Risk &
Transactions Advisory. Our team consists of a diverse
range of experts. We advise financial institutions on
(financial) reporting, sustainability, process
improvement, and risk management, all with a focus
on the applicable laws and regulations. In this
department, we believe in the importance of

  • Step 4: The interview

    Depending on the scores of the career scan, you will be invited to a first interview with the recruiter. The first interview is conducted with a recruiter and someone from the team. We are curious about who you are, what you have done, and what your expectations are of a new job. We also give you more insight into what we are looking for, and what the responsibilities are that belong to the vacancy.   • Step 5: The offer
