Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Lead in the Technology group you will:
- Provide client service delivery and operations execution
- Collaborate with and manage project teams comprised of other staff to execute a portion of the project scope
- Provide expertise on engagements related but not limited to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations, Software Application Development and Maintenance
- Lead one or more work streams on large engagements of moderate size and complexity
- Lead deliverables creation, directs and reviews the work of others for quality and accuracy
- Generate project milestones and delivery schedule

Our Technology team works with clients to help them develop custom software solutions, manage their applications and databases, and provide strategic recommendations to help them optimize their businesses’ operations, processes, and performance.
Qualifications
Required:
- Typically has 13 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
- Ability to manage engagements of greater than average size and complexity
- Professional oral and written communication skills, and presentation skills
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to mentor and manage engagement staff and further their professional growth
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be located in Los Angeles, CA
- No limitation on immigration sponsorship
- This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, Maryland, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $161000 to $268000
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
