Service Consultant at Deloitte, you will work in multidisciplinary teams on

We seek passionate professionals with a deep understanding of SAP Service
Management solutions and a commitment to service excellence. Your key
responsibilities will include:
  • Leading design discussions and fit-to-standard workshops to define the to-be service processes for our clients;
  • Translating business requirements into a business process design and/or technical designs;
  • Configuring SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) solutions and ensuring alignment with project templates and best practices;
  • Supporting testing, training, and go-live preparation while maintaining compliance with implementation standards;
  • Staying ahead of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) developments and assessing their impact on Deloitte and our clients;
  • Contributing to the development of innovative ERP solutions, including sustainability initiatives, low-code application development (SAP Build), and artificial intelligence (AI).

We are looking for ambitious team players with strong analytical and
communication skills. You take ownership of challenges, drive solutions, and
have the potential to grow into a leadership role. To succeed in this role, you
should have:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • 2 – 5 years of experience in implementing S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service (e.g. service order management, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, field service, etc.);
  • Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, FSM, SAP Field Service Management is a plus;
  • You have proven ability to lead SAP S4HANA Service projects from start to finish;
  • Strong awareness of political and cultural dynamics in international projects;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
