Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- The resource will be the onshore/onsite Quality Engineer, in a client-facing role working directly with a 10-member offshore QA team. In collaboration with offshore team, client leaders and SMEs, the practitioner will be required to determine test strategy, roadmap and processes and drive implementation and on-going maintenance
- A hands-on quality engineer with experience in execution of test suites with test automation tools
- Function/execute as an onshore member of the testing team in supporting clients during onshore hours
- Ability to devise test strategy to guide and coordinate across testing teams in execution against the strategy
- Support client release testing process with test execution of scripts, resolution of testing script failures and collaborate across multiple stakeholder teams to testing execution
- Ability to explore new areas of leveraging tool capabilities and opportunities at portfolio level & work with client QA Manager to create roadmap/test strategy
- Ability to formulate, manage and facilitate quality engineering related meetings with large participants, including client stakeholders and development teams
- Communicate and report internally and externally on team status/progress
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Our operate services within CTO include:
- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years hands-on creation/write and execution of test scripts with industry standard test automation tools
- Tosca, Selenium and/or Karate test automation (at least two tools)
- Experience in guiding and assisting testing teams that are engaged in test automation, execution, maintenance and monitoring of test suites
- Experience in devising test strategy, exploring new areas of leveraging tool capabilities
- Familiar with software production release process and testing processes
- Must obtain TOSCA certification within 45-days of joining project
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

- Certification in Test Automation Tools (Plus)
- Agile/SAFe experience
- Experience with devising test strategy and providing recommendations on testing best practices and approach
- Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
