What will your typical day look like?

The Cross-Program Project Management Senior Manager will be expected to be a self-starter who can complete assigned activities with limited oversight, but with guidance from the team’s leaders. This role and the team must be comfortable working with a globally diverse and dispersed team. Specific responsibilities:

  • Manages overall coordination of program planning, execution and delivery of cross-program design and delivery to meet technology and business requirements
  • Develop an effective strategic business partnership with globally dispersed team and clients
  • Establishes and facilitates regular cross-program governance and status meetings.
  • Facilitate process governance activities, including reviewing process design changes and serving as escalation point for items related to the key requirements of the business
  • Drives program teams to meet key cross-program milestones according to planned schedule
  • Manages and escalates program issues and risks as appropriate; proactively identifies and manages the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact a program or deliverables; seeks and implements innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
  • Delivers timely cross-program reports and performance dashboards. Conducts regular project reviews and communicates the status of programs in both formal and informal settings.
  • Documents, shares, and leverages cross-program lessons learned.
  • Builds relationships with stakeholders and program teams to effectively manage and deliver quality to client stakeholders
  • Promotes the effective teamwork and spirit of partnership
  • Contribute to the success of the team by ensuring work quality of the highest level

About the team

The Global Business Process team maintains the design and integrity of the end-to-end processes across the Opportunity to Engagement (O2E) landscape with a focus on further globalization and standardization. Appropriate governance and integration with member firm priorities needs to be delivered as the business matures and evolves through future deployments and advancements to the enabling technology platforms. This role will influence and facilitate key stakeholders across global technology and enabling areas to understand critical business requirements, define the roadmap and delivery, and ensure key milestones and delivery is met for our stakeholders.

Do you possess the following?:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or other relevant Masters degree preferred. Outstanding academic background: undergraduate degree with rigorous analytical and quantitative focus.

  • 8-12 years overall experience. At least 4 years’ experience from a top tier strategy consulting firm, large Corporate or $1B+ private enterprise.
  • High degree of comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires leveraging influence to solve complex, open-ended issues with varying stakeholder needs
  • Ability to synthesize information and structure this into meaningful solution options or recommendations
  • Outstanding research and presentation skills; superior PowerPoint and Excel skills required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering effective business solutions and strategies, frameworks or tools for use at an organization-wide level
  • Flexibility and ability to pivot work as necessary
  • Proactive and results-oriented player who wants to help build a high performance team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership information
  • Proven track record in navigating through complex organizations, and with strong influencing skills to drive initiatives through to their successful conclusion
  • Can interpret business objectives and drivers to shape initiatives to deliver outcomes that fulfil these business objectives
  • Ability to work under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to and collaborate with business leaders
  • Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Must have demonstrated progressive growth and increased accountability over time
  • Demonstrated experience leading and interacting with virtual teams across multiple time zones and in matrix organization

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
