Work you’ll do
Deloitte provides ServiceNow risk and security services in the following areas based on the client’s immediate and long-term needs. By coupling our business and cyber risk process functional experts on platform automation and integration with our security domain leaders across Risk & Financial Advisory, Deloitte can provide a full spectrum of services; including:
Advise - process and strategy roadmaps, implementation plans and business case development, quantitative return on investment, program and target operating model, data strategy & governance, risk & control framework, content definition & standardization, training and end user enablement
Implement - configuration and as needed, customized, solutions on ServiceNow Security Operations (Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications utilizing accelerators via pre-built templates and proofs of concept
Operate - manage Cyber Security programs ranging from keeping the lights on for the client’s environment (e.g. upgrades, access help desk) to full-service use case development and dashboards
As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will be helping organizations develop practical solutions to achieve better visibility over key components of their cyber programs, leveraging ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom-built solutions. Some examples of what you will do include:
- Working with clients to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements for software development.
- Designing programs and processes in a manner that supports automation, including documenting process flows, roles and responsibilities, inputs and outputs, and metrics/scoring.
- Support configuring and customizing software applications, including forms, workflows, calculations, integrations, reporting, dashboards, access controls, etc.
- Leading deployment of automated IRM and SecOps solutions at large and complex organizations across a variety of industries.
- Conducting thorough analysis of client processes and systems to identify efficiencies and opportunities for optimization
- Working collaboratively with senior risk stakeholders (CIO, CRO, CISOs and direct reports)
- Building solid, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
- Developing quality and meaningful deliverables that suit specific client needs
- Communicating with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner
- Working collaboratively with the client to identify and solve key constraints, risks and issues
- Facilitating ServiceNow demonstrations, user testing, and trainings
- Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, including a willingness to learn and work in a disciplined and collaborative environment
- Maintaining a “self-starter” mindset, and the ability to listen to clients, managers, and peers, take strategic direction, and communicate clearly

Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field
- 2+ years of successful ServiceNow implementation projects in a client facing role
- 3+ years of work experience consulting with organizations to design and implement IRM and/or SecOps processes
- 3+ years of consulting experience in defining business and functional requirements and working with technology teams to support these requirements through automation using ServiceNow
- 2+ years working to identify and address internal and external client needs, including:
- 2+ years of deploying solutions across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and/or configuring SecOps and/or IRM platform solutions
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Previous Consulting or Big 4 experience
- Certifications on Cyber Security software platforms
- Certifications such as: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response), CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102529 to $197863.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
