Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Seattle, Washington and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments big technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the insurance, financial services, healthcare, state and local government, telecom, and retail industries. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities; understand business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, and coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Drive test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, utilizing Agile methodology by actively participating in sprint planning, daily Scrum meetings, backlog refining, and sprint retrospective meetings;
- Reviewing test cases and performing Functional, Regression, and System Integration (SIT) testing of software and web applications using Unix Shell Scripts and SQL Scripts;
- Performing testing of sub-components of larger application systems, integrating the applications with each other, and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing Apache JMeter and Azure Load Balancer;
- Conducting defect prevention meetings and tracking defects using Bugzilla, Jira, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
- Creating test scripts, plans and cases, logging defects, and generating test execution reports utilizing qTest, Jira, Bugzilla, and Rally and maintenance of the test artifacts in SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft (MS) Teams; and
- Executing automated testing utilizing Selenium, Java, Python, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), XML, and HTML.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $124,950.00-$208,250.00
