Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Leader in Morristown, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Lead information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments with a focus on delivering development and implementation services. Manage teams that may participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures within the full software development life cycle. Lead and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Lead day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Lead aspects of the proposal development process and develop proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Help secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities; manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 6 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 4 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to oversee information technology projects, including Salesforce.com implementations and Master Data Migration;
• Organizing and leading pursuit teams, leading proposal development efforts, and contributing to the development of proposal-pricing strategies;
• Leading global project teams and project delivery; tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing Jira, Microsoft (MS) Excel, RAID logs, and Pricing Models;
• Executing client deliverables, including Technical Architecture, Data Migration Strategy, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Strategy, and Integration Design Document per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Salesforce.com, MS PowerPoint, and SQL Server;
• Developing practical solutions and methodologies, developing "thought-ware" and "point-of-view" documents, utilizing Salesforce Operating, Governance and Architecture Framework (SOGAF), and participating in public speaking events;
• Performing role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices; and
• Leading technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions utilizing Salesforce.com features, Representational State Transfer (REST), SOAP API, Apex, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL tools).
