Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.

Requirements
Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions to establish SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) cycle integrating SAP On-Premise and Cloud Platform using SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) modules;
• Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall Project Delivery Lifecycles including requirements analysis and planning for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ECC, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP EWM modules using Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan);
• Leading large-scale SAP EWM, SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents to deliver solutions using SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), SAP MM, SAP EWM, and SAP S/4HANA utilizing Agile and Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodologies;
• Managing project teams and project delivery and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, using SharePoint, Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Jira, using Agile methodology;
• Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables including requirement matrix, functional design documents, test scripts, and testing execution for SAP EWM, SAP MM and SAP S/4HANA using HP ALM, Jira, SharePoint, and SAP SolMan; and
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP EWM, SAP MM, and SAP S/4HANA.
