Work you’ll do
- Collaborate with business leadership to comprehensively analyze portfolios before certification
- Understand monetization options for assets and be able to have conversations with teams regarding it
- Serve as a liaison between business leadership and the certification team, providing support and clarification on pre-certification requirements.
- Facilitate communication to streamline the transition of assets from the operational phase to the certification process
- Maintain centralized reporting of assets and their current/future state goals
- Provide expert guidance on certification and monetization paths, helping assets understand the requirements and assisting in decision-making to choose the most suitable route
- Work closely with the internal teams to support day-to-day certification activities, as needed
- Coordinate the collection and verification of required documentation for certification
- Work with internal teams to report out on status of assets in certification program(s)

The Hybrid Solutions and Incubation (HS&I) offering leads the development of major features and implementations, including helping to design the architecture for those features. This involves coding, testing, documenting, and helping to ensure successful deployment. Reviewing pull requests from other engineers are commonplace, as are pair programming and other similar duties. Our product and technical leaders collaborate frequently with engineers and rely on them to provide insightful feedback on the process, architecture, implementation, and quality of the product. Finally, our team troubleshoots issues in a timely manner which is critical to ensuring the stability of the platform and our client implementations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 5-25% depending on the clients and markets you serve
- 10+ years of experience of advancing responsibility in a professional services or consulting setting
Preferred:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
- Familiarity with asset certification processes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management
- Strong understanding of certification processes and standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with asset teams and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risk and guide decision-making
