Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• 50% Travel required nationally
• Telecommuting permitted
• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and ServiceNow methodologies to lead information technology projects, including IT Infrastructure Digital Transformation, Product Development, Capabilities Assessment, and Managed Services;
• Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, Selenium, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Confluence;
• Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients, using MS Project, and ServiceNow & Clarity Project Portfolio Management (PPM);
• Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis, using Advanced Analytics, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight (AMS SSPS), and Google Analytics;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Business Process Modeling Notations (BPMN), and Unified Modeling Language (UML);
• Managing business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, BMC Remedy, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Okta, Splunk, MS Endpoint Configuration Manager, and SolarWinds;
• Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Git, Jenkins, Docker, Chef.io, Puppet.com, Ansible.com, Selenium, and xUnit.net; and
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Prosci Methodology, Airiodion Global Services (AGS) Change Model, and Accelerating Implementation Methodology (AIM).

Other
Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
