Position Summary

SHINE Associate, Marketing Rotational Program 2025

We’re looking for creative project managers with exceptional organizational skills to help support the end-to-end execution and delivery of marketing and business development initiatives through our rotational campus hire program, SHINE. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have strong attention to detail, and are committed to establishing tangible business and brand objectives, then you may be the right fit for our Clients & Markets Growth (CMG) team. After six months in the program, SHINE Associates are eligible to transition to a specific team within CMG.

Start dates for this program are tentatively March or September 2025.

Work you’ll do

As a SHINE Associate, you’ll act as a key point person between industry, account, function, and regional managers and join them in differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte’s business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct internal client experiences. In this role, you’ll also facilitate market targeting activities through orchestrating social media campaigns, supporting business expansion initiatives, developing promotional marketing materials and sales tools, supporting internal and external communications teams, and managing major promotional events such as trade shows, industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key industry clients. You’ll use your exceptional organizational skills to develop timelines and work with diverse groups of locally and virtually based professionals.

The successful full-time associate will have:

  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven strong project and time management skills
  • Proven experience working independently and collaboratively with a team in a professional services or multi-departmental company supporting multiple managers

The team

Deloitte’s Clients & Markets Growth (CMG) team is dedicated to driving revenue, building relationships, and enhancing Deloitte’s reputation in the marketplace. Together, CMG works towards differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business development, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field with an undergraduate graduation date between 2024 – Summer 2025
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and industries/sectors you serve
  • This position requires candidates to work in-office from an eligible location including: Charlotte, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, or Rosslyn/Arlington
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

  • Strong academic record, minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Work experience in business development, marketing, communications, public relations or related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,000 - 65,000.
