The Development Facilitator position sits on the Internal Facilitation Team (IFT) within Leadership and Human Potential in Deloitte Growth & Development.

Work you’ll do

The IFT focuses on providing skilled facilitators to deliver key programs with maximum impact across the LHP portfolio and US Learning & Development overall. All Development Facilitators report to Senior Development Facilitators who in turn report directly to the IFT Leader. The IFT works in both live in-person and virtual environments, as determined by our stakeholder needs.

As a Development Facilitator you will deliver leading-edge learning and development programs that align with learning and development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Facilitate select internal courses focused on leader development and human potential
  • Facilitate the Deloitte Facilitator Excellence (DFX) program
  • Facilitate other courses as assigned
  • Suggest course improvements to program managers based on experience with facilitating the content
  • Coordinate with program delivery team to ensure materials and other logistics for course delivery are optimized. Note: This role does not include any development program management responsibilities
  • Travel – travel up to 50% of the time may be required. On average, will travel 3-4 times per month with increases during peak delivery periods. Majority of trips will be 2-3 days or less, occasionally longer when supporting special events such as milestone programs

The Successful Candidate will Possess:

  • Experience using design thinking and innovation practices
  • Possess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Minimum 6 years relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years facilitation experience
  • Proven facilitation skills, and demonstrated experience training professionals up to senior management level in both live in-person and live-virtual environments
  • Experience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and lead change initiatives as it relates to course delivery
  • Demonstrated experience with adult learning principles, learning development life cycle, evaluation of learning programs
  • Proficiency using MS Office Products
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,400 to $148,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
