Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
· Design and develop highly performant technical solutions based on requirements.
· Create technical Jira stories based on business requirements.
· Participate in agile ceremonies.
· Learn and follow the clients best practices.
· Support the full life cycle of the applications.
The Team
Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.
Our operate services within CTO include:
· Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
· Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- More than 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Java Developer
- Salesforce CRM integration experience
- Understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming.
- Understanding of the Spring Framework.
- Understanding of WebLogic.
- Ability to write code that is multi-threaded.
- Ability to write code that is asynchronous.
- Batch programming.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of the React.js library and a willingness to learn the Next.js framework.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Understanding of Github.
- Understanding of performance monitoring: Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana.
- Understanding of MuleSoft.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

· Agile certifications preferred
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $98,000-$164,000.
