Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve:
This two-year program offers:
Four, 6-month rotations which allow you to engage in meaningful project work, build a strong foundation of marketing knowledge and gain exposure to different areas of a complex, cutting-edge marketing organization
Rotational opportunities will range from positions in global event marketing, global communications, social media, digital marketing, brand and creative, advertising, field, partner marketing and more
MDP also provides substantial skill development, presentations, conferences and mentoring as well as extensive networking opportunities to provide participants with the skills needed for a long Dell Marketing career
Upon completion of the program, participants are integrated into the business with a greater understanding of Dell Technologies, the technology industry, and experience within a large marketing organization

Gain a strong understanding of various marketing functions
Collaborate with different groups both within and outside the marketing organization
Engage in comprehensive career development enrichment and customized training

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, Digital Media, or other related disciplines
Prior internship or co-op experience (preferred)
Involvement in extra-curricular activities/community service/employment outside of classroom work
Graduation Date: Must graduate before August 2026, but no more than one year prior
Desirable Requirements:
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing business needs
Demonstrated leadership potential
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $63,000 to $82,000.
