Inside Sales - Renewals

Our Inside Sales – Renewals Specialists are responsible for managing Support and Renewal Sale extensions, Multivendor Support Services and Point of Sale support. They get to know their portfolio inside and out across Server, Storage, and client. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations through to Dell’s portfolio of Support offerings. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales – Renewals Specialist, you will deliver solutions to customers across Server, Storage and client maintenance enquiries with the goal of maintaining or upgrading existing customers' support to higher levels. Additionally, you will deliver solutions to that address customers’ varying needs, responsible for the entire Dell Support portfolio as a subject matter expert on more complex Dell Support solutions.

You will:
•Understand the Dell Technologies portfolio and explain how Dell’s support offerings will benefit the overall business of the customer
•Provide expert guidance and direction to the core Sales team by utilizing strategic probing to identify, evaluate and recommend Dell’s support offerings for complex technology solutions
•Achieve or exceed targets by selling Renewal and Support solutions and developing strong relationships with our customers, partners, and distributors
•Execute sales campaigns accurately and promptly

•Advises customer of expiring support or maintenance contracts, pricing, new service offerings

•Protecting the DELL Install base and revenue stream

•Selling Multivendor Support to customers

Essential Requirements
•An in-depth understanding of IT technology products and services
•Good analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

Desirable Requirements
•Experience in an External / Inside Sales or Renewal Sales role
•Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT or a related discipline.
