Field Marketing Advisor

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer/partner engagement. Responsible for channel program, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining content themes. What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Field Marketing Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support channel business growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.

    As a Senior Field Marketing Advisor, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support channel business growth initiatives, localizing and adapting global content and programs that achieve sales demand.

Strategic Planning and Matrix Construction: Formulate overall operation strategies for channel new media, coordinate the matrix layout of WeChat ecosystem, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, industry vertical platforms, etc., clarify the positioning of each platform (such as brand communication, channel empowerment, potential customer mining), and ensure alignment with group and channel strategies.

  • Content Ecosystem Development: Lead the planning and production of channel-exclusive content, covering product solution interpretation, channel policy promotion, successful cases, industry trend analysis, etc., build a high-value content system suitable for B2B channel scenarios, and empower channel partners in marketing transformation.
  • Channel Empowerment and Collaboration: Link national channel partners, build a new media operation empowerment system, provide content materials, operation tools and methodology support, promote the improvement of channel partners' new media capabilities, and realize the coordinated voice of the brand and channels.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Establish a multi-platform data monitoring and review system, track core indicators such as exposure, empowerment conversion rate, and potential customer acquisition volume, iterate operation strategies, content directions and delivery plans through data analysis, and continuously improve ROI.
  • Supplier Management and Resource Integration: Lead the supplier team to complete goal decomposition and implementation, formulate performance appraisal standards; collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and product teams, integrate internal and external resources (such as influencers, industry organizations), and plan and execute joint marketing activities.
  • Trend and Competitor Insight: Closely monitor B2B new media industry trends, platform rule changes and competitor dynamics, innovate operation models combined with Dell's channel characteristics, and maintain the competitiveness of channel new media.
  • Diversified Content: Plan the construction of the live broadcast system and be responsible for the full-lifecycle operation, including theme planning, script development, guest coordination (channel partners/internal experts), process control and review optimization; promote the improvement of channel partners' live broadcast capabilities, and realize the coordinated voice of the brand and channels as well as the implementation of joint live broadcasts.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Journalism and Communication, Digital Media or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of new media operation experience; experience in B2B technology industry or channel new media operation is preferred; successful cases of building a new media matrix from 0 to 1 and achieving large-scale growth.
  • Professional Competence: Proficient in the operation logic and algorithm rules of mainstream new media platforms; skilled in using content creation, traffic delivery and data analysis tools; excellent copywriting planning and content control capabilities, able to produce professional content that meets channel needs; experience in private domain traffic operation and live broadcast empowerment for channels.
  • Core Competencies: Strong result orientation and goal management capabilities; good at channel resource integration and cross-departmental collaboration; sensitive to technology industry trends, strong learning ability and ability to quickly adapt to business changes; strong pressure resistance, excellent communication, coordination and team leadership skills.
