What you’ll achieve
As a Software Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Develop next generations products and will have an opportunity to shape the best client technologies in the world.

• Prepare, review and evaluate software specifications based on the product requirements, and contribute to the design and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies for complex software products and systems.

• Work with product managers and field technologists to review product road map, make recommendations for future forward features.

Essential Skills:

• 15 + Years of Software Development experience working in Agile SDLC and Proficiency in C, C++ and Go (experience in multiple languages a strong plus). Bachelors or master’s in computer science and engineering and Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and a strong understanding of threads, synchronization, concurrent programming.
• Preferred experience to make strategic architectural decisions and drive design and architecture evolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options across stakeholders and hold technical leadership abilities to mentor junior engineers

• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.) is a plus and should model behavior's to be adaptable to pick up new technologies and stay curious to drive innovation. Be an exemplary technical leader.
• Accelerate GenAI integration into developer workflows and product experiences (e.g., WindSurf, Codeium, Claude, Codescene) through pragmatic, secure, and measurable use cases.

Desired Skill:

• Cross platform development skills (WIN/Linux) and Experience with Device drivers, and system architecture such as SCSI, cache, and message subsystem.
• Knowledge of cyber security, cloud application security & gateways .
