What you’ll achieve
As a Software Principal Engineer, you will collaborate with world-class talent to design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation for the data mobility area of our product in a fast-paced, agile environment..

You will:

• Lead technical quality efforts by owning feature delivery, anticipating issues, and writing detailed test specifications.
• Own end-to-end test case development, including design, implementation of Python based automation frameworks, and execution (manual and automated) aligned with team goals.
• Drive and review test strategies with architects and peers to maintain high-quality standards.
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, and Jenkins
• Actively participate and lead agile ceremonies, ensuring team commitments are met.
• Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for improving product capabilities and team efficiency.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s preferred) with 6-8 years of experience in testing and technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Python and experience with automation development tools across Linux and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of storage systems and protocols such as SCSI/NVMe.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical experience using AI tools or frameworks to enhance developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in building products and solutions for the storage domain.
• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (C++, Java) and experience developing REST API-based interfaces.
