What you’ll achieve

As a Business Operations Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. This involves leveraging both finance and systems process skills to support global users in their daily use of the finance/accounting application/processes and other SCG close processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

• Act as SME to other Systems Control Group (SCG) personnel and end users on best practices within Virtual Trader and Oracle Fusion

• Fully understand the application designs, business rules, and monthly processes

• Provide timely support to users having issues, working as the liaison between users and IT if necessary

• Generate and implement improvements related to system processes, and address issues within the application

• Work as representative of SCG with project teams where appropriate to coordinate application improvements/efficiencies

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience

• Solid grasp of business processes and systems capabilities

• Strong drive for results and ability to deal effectively with ambiguity

• Proficiency in knowledge management applications and tools

• Decent experience with change management and networking with other teams

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Virtual Trader, Orace E-business and Oracle Fusion is desirable

• Basic project management skills
