What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

• Contribute to the design and architecture of new or re-engineered software applications
• Prepare written software specifications for sophisticated products from architectural diagrams and documents
• Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
• Develop, review and implement test strategies for software products and systems

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Java, GoLang, and Python, with frameworks like Spring MVC, Vertx.io, Servlets, and proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies. Should have hands-on experience with AI tools
• Strong understanding of Docker, Windows/Linux OS, and application/system management protocols including REST, SOAP, SNMP, and Redfish; plus networking experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams (8–10 members), drive other leads, work independently, handle ambiguity, and continuously improve product and engineering execution.
• Skilled in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), capable of designing complex solutions, excellent debugging/problem-solving abilities, and experienced in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong grasp of CI/CD frameworks and security considerations across design, development, and testing phases. Knowledge on Security Tools

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field
