What you’ll achieve
EMEA Enterprise New Product Introduction Team is focused on introducing new products to manufacturing in EMEA region and enables sales of new enterprise class products (servers, storages, networking).
As a New Product Introduction Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading introduction projects of new products in EMEA region, introducing changes to existing products, investigating and resolving product related engineering issues (Electrical, Mechanical, Software) to ensuring stable mass production.
You will cooperate with a cross-functional Global and Regional Extended Team (Marketing, SCP, Production Control, Process Engineering, Sales/Engineering Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, Logistic).
You will:
Lead introduction projects for new products in EMEA region – coordinate extended teams efforts, communicate with Core Team, solve engineering issues, assessing project and engineering risk
Introduce changes to existing products, investigate and resolve product related engineering issues
Drive quality improvements by risk assessment/mitigation eliminating sources of defects in the design, supplier and manufacturing processes
Communicate to Operational leadership team on technical root-cause analysis, program status, deliverables and other product/manufacturing issues
Cooperate with other regions on variety of projects

Essential Requirements
BS / MS in Engineering or Technical related field
Multi-task and program/project manage multiple projects / manufacturing related issues
Project management and organizational skills
Fluency in English and Polish
At least 5 years of experience in engineering area or related field
Desirable Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of computer hardware technologies, Operating Systems and applications,

Influencing skills, ability to interact with Senior Management and Executives, strong presentation skills
