Our remit includes setting delivery performance goals and implementing procurement initiatives and process improvements. What you’ll achieve

As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing spend and cost data to support sourcing and supplier management. Working closely with Global Commodity Management, Global Supply Management team and Global Buyer team, you will work autonomously and leverage strong business/financial acumen and analytical skills to drive strategic procurement decisions for Dell Technologies. You’ll also contribute to long-term commodity strategy development, support new product initiatives, and ensure alignment with cost and service objectives.

You will:

• Support the development of a three-year commodity strategy, including roadmaps and capacity planning.

• Lead value chain analysis for assigned commodity supply chains.

• Report monthly on commodity cost and price variances.

• Creates financial spend plans and provide documentation for strategic initiatives

• Identify cost targets for roadmap products and contribute to sourcing and purchasing process improvements.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Business or relevant fields and expect to graduate between February 2025 to July 2026

• Oral and written fluency in English; oral fluency in Mandarin.

• Strong computer literacy and foundational data analysis skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams; able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• A proactive, responsible team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Desirable Requirements

• Moderate understanding of procurement or supply chain concepts through coursework, internships, or projects.

• Interest or experience in strategic planning and cost analysis with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
