The Global Production Planning organization (GPP) is accountable for order orchestration & effective management of order planning & order fulfilment processes. The focus is to manage production escalations but also manage proactively the backlog at regional level by anticipating & mitigating manufacturing issues & engaging with different teams.

What you’ll achieve:

You will be coordinating and optimizing order planning and fulfilment processes to deliver the best possible customer experience. A key part of the role is managing production escalations and maximizing shipment performance, particularly during peak periods such as end-of-quarter (EOQ) and internal delivery commitment (IDC) deadlines.

You will:

  • Provide full support to designated Internal Sales Representative(s) and associated account portfolio
  • Proactively manage manufacturing issues within the agreed timing and Management of overdue orders to ensure they are released into the production
  • Act as a main point of contact between different Dell factories & internal stakeholders with a focus on internal & external customer satisfaction
  • Cover the rollouts for big customers from Manufacturing side and be Responsible for order prioritizations
  • Resolution of manufacturing issues, Initiate and drive process improvements in problematic areas

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work on own initiative, action oriented with ability to move fast in a fast-paced environment
  • High Attention to detail and the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Customer focus and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently with teams.
  • Excellent time management and work prioritization with the ability to multi-task.
