Payroll Senior Specialist

What you’ll achieve

Help manage and grow Dell Technologies financial health with a role on our Payroll team. The team is responsible for processing the company payroll while making sure that all wages, tax withholdings and deductions are accurate. The Payroll team also prepares financial records and reports.

You will:

• Support payroll operations for the EMEA region, with primary focus on the Netherlands payroll.

• Ensure accuracy of statutory calculation for local reporting and compliance and accuracy of other payments and deductions processed via payroll.

• Deliver accurate payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders

• Work closely with colleagues & management and third party vendor to prioritize business and information needs, support process or project initiatives where required.

• Remittance of payments to tax authorities, government offices and 3rd parties.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Slovak payroll

• Demonstrated knowledge & experience working with ADP Globalview payroll, proficient in the use of MS Office applications

• Fluent English speaker

• Strong analytical and communication skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills within a multi-cultural business environment

• Can work under minimum supervision

Salary starting from: 1250 EUR gross monthly
