As the APAC Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the Secureworks marketing team, responsible for accelerating revenue growth and brand recognition in the APAC region. In this role, you will develop the strategic Go-To-Market plan alongside APAC Regional Leaders to execute aligned marketing activity across the region. This role will focus on building integrated programs to generate market awareness, produce quality pipeline, accelerate the sales cycle, and bolster customer relationships.

This role will report into the Global Field Marketing Director (US Based). We are focused on candidates located in Australia.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Regional Sales Leader to develop the APAC Marketing plan, integrating quarterly sales and marketing requirements to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Create GTM Strategy and Execution plan for demand generation programs across third-party, partner and hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, roadshows, and direct mailers.
  • Forecast and measure impact of marketing plans on sales cycles while analysing program results, optimising as needed.
  • Own the planning and execution of key sales/marketing plays to deliver against upsell/cross-sell targets and key account penetration.
  • Maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource with the regional sales leaders, sellers, SDRs, and regional partners.
  • Work closely with the Global Marketing functions and be an active member of the marketing organisation.
  • Act as a local extension of the Global Marketing team, ensuring all corporate functions have a voice in region, enabling clear communication of global updates to the APAC team.
  • Develop a joint marketing strategy and drive plans with strategic partners in region.

What You’ll Bring

  • People Manager with Inbox 0 type personality.
  • Bachelor's degree, emphasis in marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years field marketing experience (software/technology preferred).
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time.
  • Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau is preferred.
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work well across teams and functions.
