What you’ll achieve

As an Enterprise Business Architect, you will be part of our Transformation Architecture Practice team that is spearheading Dell’s Digital Transformation by driving our most strategic Transformations. You will work across our Business and Dell Digital Functional Areas to ensure the vision of our future becomes reality and delights our customers.

You will:

• Translate business strategy to necessary business outcomes and technical deliverables
• Connect business processes between functions to clarify business and technical capability needs and investigate dependencies
• Propose prioritization and sequencing of capabilities to expedite incremental value and solve near-term business needs while progressing towards future state
• Work with program managers identifying issues / risks and required mitigation to ensure delivery of end-to-end strategic design
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale to executives and stakeholders

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of senior level analysis experience in business process analysis in a large-scale environment, or business unit experience working closely with cross-functional organizations in the development and implementation of large-scale, end-to-end business process improvement
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and system design architecture as it impacts business processes and interdependencies
• Ability to think about business in a way that is abstracted from how business functions are implemented by technology and communicate such thinking clearly to executives and stakeholders verbally and in writing with visualizations
• Positive future-focused attitude and ability to influence through change

Desirable Experience

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• IT and Business Functions (blended) experience and Architecture (EA) Frameworks and/or tools experience
