Principal Supplier Process Engineer

Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

As a member of the Supplier Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for new Tech development, supplier quality management to hit quality metrics and sustain COS. This job requires strong process knowledge, rich practical experience, excellent communication, influencing skills and project management skills.

What you’ll achieve

As a Principal Supplier Process Engineer, you will be responsible for supplier quality management to hit quality metrics and sustain Continuity of Supply.
You will:

• Work with cross-function team including Engineering, Operation, Procurement, and other key stakeholders to develop high quality product. Especially for the communication and discussion with Engineering and GCM in Taiwan design center.
• Conduct efficient supplier quality management to hit quality metrics and sustain COS.
• Utilize quality tool to drive supplier’s continuous improvement.
• Work with procurement to set up competent supply chain.
