Requirements- 3+ years of professional software development experience- A passion for working with others in an open and agile environment- You can wear multiple hats and enjoy taking on big challenges- Expert knowledge of Java, Python or other back-end technologies- You know how to communicate outside of code – you enjoy verbal and written communication and are always up to talk- Substantial knowledge on building security hardened solutions Nice to have- BS or MS in Computer Science or related field – if not, you’ve taken it upon yourself to learn all the fundamentals- Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript- Experience creating massively scalable systems- Experience with SQL and large scale database design
