Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Sales Content Operations Senior Associate position plays a pivotal role in supporting to develop, organize, and govern strategic proposal content, while ensuring a high level of visual and brand-aligned design quality. This position assists the Strategic Growth Office by supporting a content ecosystem that enables efficient proposal development, brand consistency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with a keen eye for design and a strong understanding of proposal development, knowledge management, and content governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Governance & Strategy
•Assist in maintaining and evolve the centralized sales content library to support proposal development, ensuring materials are accurate, approved, and up to date.
•Help to vet and curate new and existing sales content.
•Assist in applying and maintaining governance standards defined by the Content Manager and Assistant Director.
•Assist with business-side implementation and maintenance of tools, such as SharePoint and Templafy.
•Assist the Content Manager to monitor usage patterns and gaps in content assets to proactively recommend new content creation or discontinuation.
•Support editorial calendars and coordinate updates (final decisions owned by Content Manager)
Content Design & Visual Communication
•Design and adapt graphics and templates within established brand guidelines; route complex creative requests to design/creative teams.
•Ensure all designed materials meet accessibility standards and corporate brand guidelines.
•Partner with proposal writers and strategists to translate SME-provided concepts into simple visual formats.
•Contribute to the development of polished, client-ready collateral that enhances storytelling and engagement.
Collaboration & Training
•Provide training on tools and governance standards (proposal methodology training owned by Proposal Managers).
•Contribute to special projects that support strategic growth initiatives, including pilot content initiatives and systems upgrades.
Qualifications:
•1+ years of experience in content governance, proposal development, or marketing communications.
•Strong knowledge of proposal processes (RFPs and Non-RFPs) and experience managing content libraries.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and content management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Templafy, Qvidian).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to design clear, compelling visual assets that align with brand and messaging goals.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
