We are seeking an experienced International Tax Senior Manager to join our Lead Tax Services group. This role will focus on providing international tax compliance services to our clients, while also playing a critical role in developing and mentoring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in international tax, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage international tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Advise clients on international compliance matters
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities and leadership potential
• Collaborate with other service lines to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
• Stay current with emerging international tax regulations and communicate their implications to clients and internal teams

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field required
• CPA, JD, EA or equivalent required
• Minimum of 10 years of full time tax experience
• Strong technical expertise in U.S. international tax compliance
• Public accounting experience required at the Senior Manager or higher level
• Demonstrated success in team leadership, talent development, and managing multiple client relationships
• Experience managing engagements from India while interfacing with US clients and US based teams
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver results under deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
