Job Description:

India Operations and Facility Manager

Role Overview

This role ensures operational continuity and compliance across all India locations, focusing on safety, security, and infrastructure reliability. The position plays a critical role in supporting GCC strategic objectives and maintaining a resilient operational environment.

Strategic Impact:
- Enhance operational resilience and business continuity.
- Optimize vendor management and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with labor laws, employee health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.

• Implement risk register and preventive maintenance schedules for all critical infrastructure.

• Manage stakeholders, crisis response, and business continuity planning.

• Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize cost and service quality.

• Develop and monitor facility performance metrics and KPIs.

• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues across locations.

• Coordinate with leadership for strategic planning and resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance checks.

• Drive sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs.

• Lead emergency preparedness and response drills.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration.

• 8–12 years of experience in operations and facility management.

• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent vendor negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

Certifications

• Certified Facility Manager (CFM)

• OSHA Safety Certification

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
