Job Description:
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with 3–6 years of experience to support post-implementation ERP customer success programs. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can manage more complex coordination efforts, provide client-facing leadership, and mentor junior coordinators.
You will collaborate with account managers and technical teams to ensure client needs are proactively managed, customer success plans are executed, and escalations are resolved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-implementation coordination activities across multiple ERP clients.
- Track and oversee customer success metrics, adoption progress, and issue resolution.
- Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, and document follow-up actions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed customer success reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for escalations and ensure resolution in partnership with technical teams.
- Maintain and continuously improve customer success documentation, templates, and processes.
- Mentor junior coordinators and provide guidance on tools and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for improving customer retention and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in customer success, project coordination, or client services.
- Demonstrated experience working with ERP solutions (Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with success tracking and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, CRM platforms, Jira).
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing activities and manage escalations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Success Manager certification or equivalent.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services firm.
- Familiarity with ERP customer success frameworks and methodologies.
