Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the Markets and Growth Office within the Consulting Business Unit (BU). This internship is designed for students interested in internal business operations, strategic initiatives, and technical sales enablement. The position is internal facing only and does not involve travel or external client interactions. This is a great opportunity for a student looking to gain real-world exposure to how consulting businesses grow, organize, and equip their teams to compete in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to support internal strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development and execution of growth initiatives aligned with Consulting BU priorities
- Provide CRM system support, including cleaning, organizing, and analyzing client and pipeline data
- Assess the impact and ROI of practice development events and conferences
- Support internal business operations, project tracking, and reporting activities
- Collaborate with various internal teams to align efforts with broader consulting growth strategies
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new systems or a demonstrated knack for learning new technologies (e.g., CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Interest in consulting, business strategy, or sales enablement
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Education
- Rising sophomore pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the following: Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
