Job Description:
Crowe is looking to hire a Quality Analyst in our Product Engineering practice. This individual will be a part of a product focused Scrum team that is responsible for developing, enhancing and maintaining the Ignite delivery platform utilized by the Audit business unit to deliver their services.
The Quality Analyst 2 role works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to work on assigned testing tasks provided and overseen by a more senior Quality Analyst. This role takes on and completes small tasks to the definition of done, works with immediate peers, and communicates appropriately.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes requirements.
Develops and executes test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
Creates meaningful test cases.
Ensures defects are recorded, reported, re-tested and traceable to the user story.
Applies SDLC and STLC concepts.
Participates in creation and updates to the Quality Strategy.
Ensures User expectations are met during the testing process.
Documents test results.
Qualifications: (Include years of experience):
Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Computer Science or engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of relevant QA experience.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology including Agile ceremonies.
Understanding of the various QA terminologies, SDLC and STLC.
Understanding of API validation and basic integration concepts
Experience writing SQL queries and querying relational databases.
Experience in Power Platform is a plus
