Job Description:
Overview
The Talent Operations Associate role will support and assist the Talent Business Advisory team for all Crowe Business Units in completing staff data change activities, maintaining personnel data in Workday, and generating reports and analysis for team leaders. This role will also support requests submitted to HR Services by responding with guidance to the requestor and/or completing the request. This person will need to interact effectively with all levels of professionals in the organization.
Essential Job Functions:

Manage and execute employee data transactions in Workday in a timely and accurate manner, including:
New hire and new contract worker set up
Terminations and resignations
Location changes
Bill rate changes
Compensation changes
Process One-Time payments
Flexible Work Arrangement schedule changes
Career Coach, People Manager, and Mentor changes
Job Profile changes
Organizational assignment changes
One Time Payment entries
Request and follow-up on missing data from BU Operations representatives and/or BU leaders to complete employee transactions

Respond to requests submitted to HR Services in a timely and accurate manner, including:
Name changes
EIBs
Workday corrections
Creating supervisory and matrix organizations
Review Workday audit reports and implement fixes to resolve issues and/or gaps
Manage and execute additional transactions in Workday and/or other Talent systems, as capacity and need dictate
Review and confirm that new hire activities are complete prior to employee start dates
Participate in testing for the semi-annual releases and projects as assigned.
Create and maintain job aids for Workday that document business processes Talent Technology supports
Support Workday reporting activities as needed
Other talent operations-related tasks, as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or Business
2 years of related job experience
Ability to communicate fluently in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and, as an effective team member
Strong analytical skills, judgment, and ability to think logically
Ability to manipulate and analyze data in excel or Power BI
Ability to think broadly and develop organizational awareness quickly
