Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Senior ServiceNow Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting and advancing the ServiceNow platform within our organization. This position focuses on the configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in creating and optimizing new processes using ServiceNow's flow capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Product Manager, the ServiceNow Support Lead, and Enterprise Architecture to align with and support our technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and enhance the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, and SAM modules.
- Develop and configure workflows and processes within ServiceNow to improve business operations.
- Provide robust end-user support and create maintenance documentation for support teams and self-service knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with technology vendors and other IT teams to develop integrated processes and ensure efficient system integration.
- Develop ServiceNow reports, configure business process steps, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Leverage the ServiceNow Community to advocate for the deployment of new features and updates.
- Monitor system health and compliance, conduct regular audits, and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Lead the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and enhancements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Analyst or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
- Proven ability to manage IT systems and configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
