We believe that no one is too old, too young, too overweight, or not strong enough to be considered an athlete. Our members come from all over, it doesn’t matter what you look like or how old you are. There is no need to already be ft or strong to get started, you'll get fit and strong by starting! We practice functional movements, which means we train you in the movements that you do in your life outside of the gym. Our foundation is based on learning to squat, which can be as simple as sitting down and standing up. From there we teach you to lift things from the floor, and put things over your head safely. From a solid foundation we build our movements in intensity and complexity. All of the skills and movements are scalable to your specific needs, whether is it your first day, have certain limitations, or may be working through an injury. We are always able to accommodate!
