Define and drive the AI product strategy — including personalized learning paths, content recommendations, skills inference, and generative/agentic features — balancing user value, technical feasibility, and responsible AI practices. Translate customer and market needs into clear requirements, prioritized backlogs, and well-scoped initiatives that engineering teams can execute against. Partner with data science and ML teams to build and refine models for skills mapping, competency assessment, and adaptive learning experiences. Lead the Skills product surface — course delivery, learning paths, assessments, reporting, admin workflows, and integrations with the broader LXP/ LMS ecosystem. Conduct customer discovery, usability research, and win/loss analysis to continuously validate direction and uncover new opportunities. Define success metrics, instrument products for measurement, and use data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and ensure go-to-market readiness. Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear product strategy and executable roadmaps. Fluency with product analytics and a data-informed approach to decision-making and prioritization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority across technical and non-technical audiences.
