Propósito del Rol
El Regional Sales Manager -Mid Market Latam será responsable de impulsar el
crecimiento del negocio en el segmento mid-market (1,000 – 5,000 empleados) mediante:
80% adquisición de nuevos clientes (net-new logo)
20% expansión estratégica (cross-sell y upsell)
El rol exige capacidad para ejecutar ciclos de venta complejos, multi-hilo y consultivos,
posicionando soluciones integrales de gestión de talento (Learning, Performance, Skills,
Recruiting, Succession) ante stakeholders C-level.
Ubicación primaria: Mérida, Yucatán (trabajo presencial), Segunda opción: Ciudad de
México
Cobertura: México y Latam
En este rol, las responsabilidades incluyen…
• Estrategia y Ejecución de Territorio
• Diseñar y ejecutar una estrategia clara para territorio asignado.
• Construir pipeline sostenible con cobertura mínima 3x.
• Priorizar cuentas estratégicas en el segmento mid-market.
• Generación de Nuevos Negocios (80%)
• Prospectar activamente en empresas de 1,000–5,000 empleados. Indispensable
demostrar grandes habilidades para desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de
prospectación.
• Ejecutar ciclo completo de ventas:
• Discovery estratégico
• Diagnóstico organizacional
• Construcción de business case
• Presentaciones ejecutivas
• Demostraciones básicas de producto
• Negociación y cierre
• Capacidad para liderar conversaciones con C levels: CHROs, L&D, IT, Finanzas,
Dirección General
• Expansión en Clientes Actuales (20%)
• Diseñar account plans.
• Detectar oportunidades de expansión modular.
• Posicionar nuevas soluciones dentro de la base instalada.
• Coordinación Interna
Cuenta con lo necesario si posee…
Experiencia Profesional (Obligatoria)
• Mínimo 5 años vendiendo software de gestión de talento (HR Tech, HCM, LMS,
Performance, etc.).
• Experiencia vendiendo a empresas medianas y pequeñas.
• Historial comprobable de cumplimiento o superación de cuota.
• Experiencia en ventas SaaS B2B con ciclos complejos.
• Experiencia gestionando cuentas multi-decisor.
Conocimientos Técnicos
• Entendimiento profundo de:
• Procesos de RRHH
• Transformación digital en talento
• Automatización y analítica en HCM
Capacidad de articular valor en términos de:
