Position Overview: Compugen is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Consultant - Remote with some meetings in Victoria, BC . The successful candidate will play a key role in process documentation, standardizing project delivery frameworks, and supporting data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities. This position requires a strong background in business analysis, process optimization, and organizational change management, particularly within public sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement process changes and standardized workflows.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for end users.
• Assist with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) and Security Threat Risk Assessments (STRA).
• Support business validation testing and ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
• Participate in project close-out activities, including documenting lessons learned.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in cloud-based solutions, project management software, geospatial software, and digital adoption platforms.
• Proven experience in at least two system implementation projects within the last 10 years.
• Strong background in public sector business analysis, process optimization, and organizational transformation.
• Preferred: Experience with PMWeb, Hexagon, WalkMe, and developing PIA/STRA documentation.
• Formal education in a related field and relevant professional certifications are an asset.
• Remote work with occasional meetings in Greater Victoria, BC. Must be available during BC business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST).
