How you will make an impact:
- Track project financials, including budgets, forecasts, expenses, and purchase orders
- Validate costs and review time and expense entries against approved project plans
- Maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and organized project records
- Coordinate resources, tasks, and deliverables across internal teams and partners
- Prepare quotes, order documentation, and materials required for project initiation and approvals
- Update project dashboards and contribute to status reports, presentations, and communications
- Complete project closeout documentation and contribute to financial reconciliation activities
The must haves:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
- Attention to detail and organizational skills applied to project and financial data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Utilization of Excel and standard business productivity tools
- Written and verbal communication skills applied in a professional business setting
Nice to haves:
- Internship or academic coursework related to project management, operations, or finance
- Exposure to project management or CRM tools
- Background supporting cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams
