What you'll be doing

CIBC Global Asset Management (CGAM) is one of Canada's largest asset management firms, managing over $300 billion in assets. We provide a wide range of high-quality global investment management solutions to retail and institutional clients. CGAM’s National Sales Team builds strong partnerships with advisors, offering personalized support and technical expertise while driving sales growth through opportunity identification and targeted initiatives to help advisors expand their business and deliver greater value to clients.

In this role, you will centralize and orchestrate high‑net‑worth proposal construction within the CIBC Wood Gundy Investment Consulting Service, translating advisor‑defined objectives into portfolio construction, asset allocation, and manager selection across curated separately managed accounts, pooled funds, and alternatives. You will also coordinate cross‑functional go‑to‑market execution, support National Accounts with dealer‑focused initiatives to broaden engagement, and provide analytics support to data-driven programs that strengthen lead pipelines, improve conversion, and accelerate AUM growth.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.

The expected annualized base salary range for this $75,870 to $104,320.

The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles.

In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

We are committed to providing fair, equitable, and competitive compensation opportunities for all employees and we encourage open conversation about compensation throughout the recruitment process.

How you'll succeed
