What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Wealth Management Operations Transformation Team, the Senior Consultant, Business Operations Transformation will support transformational initiatives focused on operational excellence, client experience improvement, cost reduction, process simplification, and risk mitigation. You are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Program Delivery to assess requirements, solve problems, and deliver solutions within target deadlines. You will manage key projects by developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution. You are skilled at facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing high-quality reports and executive presentations, and synthesizing complex data into clear, visually engaging PowerPoint slides for senior leadership.

How You'll Succeed

  • Demonstrate Operations Expertise- You will leverage your deep understanding of operational processes, systems, and best practices to identify and recommend opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation within Wealth Management.
  • Apply Business Analysis Skills- You will succeed by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business requirements from stakeholders, translating these needs into actionable solutions and process improvements that drive operational transformation.
  • Excel in Project Management- You will lead and support projects by developing and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and resolve project-related issues will be key to your success.
  • Communicate Effectively - You will clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, prepare high-quality reports and executive summaries for senior leadership, and facilitate impactful meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions.
  • Deliver Executive-Level Communication - You will deliver impactful presentations and updates tailored to senior executives, focusing on strategic priorities and business outcomes. Your representation of Wealth Management Operations in leadership forums and decision-making committees will reinforce your influence and expertise.
  • Develop Professional PowerPoint Presentations - You will design and develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for executive use, synthesizing data, insights, and recommendations into clear, compelling slides and storylines. Your work will consistently align with CIBC’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
