What you'll be doing

As a Bilingual Analyst, Global Security Operations, you’ll be the front line for incoming requests for images and video that support investigative work across the bank. You will monitor a high-volume shared mailbox, intake and validate requests, triage based on urgency and scope, and assign cases to team members for fulfillment. You’ll manage day-to-day escalations, keep requestors informed, and complete quality assurance reviews before cases are closed. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal partners (Client Care, Fraud, Crime Prevention, Investigations, etc.) and external partners (Law Enforcement). Your attention to detail and clear bilingual communication (English and French) will help ensure each request is handled correctly the first time, sensitive media is safeguarded, and stakeholders receive timely, professional updates. This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of tools (e.g. SharePoint, databases, websites, MS Office templates), the development of management reporting materials and supporting ongoing program governance initiatives.

How You'll Succeed

  • Triage at pace - Monitor the shared mailbox throughout the day, log new requests, validate required details, prioritize by urgency, and assign to the appropriate team member within established timelines.

  • Relationship Management - Liaise with stakeholders to support CIBC’s physical security efforts. This will include establishing lines of communication and a network of good professional relationships. Providing advice and support to various internal stakeholders on the overall physical security systems program and associated administration.

  • Assignment and tracking - Create and maintain case records, track progress to completion, and follow up proactively to keep work moving and prevent bottlenecks.
