What You’ll Be Doing

As an Analyst, Client Services, Client Data Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data for Capital Markets products involving Corporate and Institutional clients. Each day, you will leverage multiple applications to execute a variety of tasks that help maintain high data quality standards. Your efforts will directly support our regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring that clients actively trading financial instruments have the correct and up-to-date mandatory data on file. You will collaborate closely with your teammates, contributing to the execution of more complex processes and participating in ad hoc data clean-up initiatives. Through your commitment to excellence, you will help drive client satisfaction and uphold our data governance objectives. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact on both our clients’ experience and our organization’s success.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Process Execution: You will play a key role in executing a variety of lightly to moderately complex processes designed to ensure client data is both accurate and comprehensive, meeting all regulatory requirements. By analyzing data across specific product types, you will verify that information is correctly captured and consistently maintained across multiple platforms. Your attention to detail and commitment to due diligence will ensure governance standards are upheld before updating systems. You will draw on your understanding of client data to review information, assess its accuracy, and determine the most appropriate actions to ensure our records are complete and reliable.

  • Collaboration: You will work closely with your team to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external clients. Your collaborative approach and attention to detail will be essential as you navigate various exception processes, actively engaging with your teammates to understand unique circumstances, determine the best course of action, and identify when escalation is necessary. Your commitment to teamwork ensures that client needs are met with professionalism and care.

Who You Are

  • You have relevant experience. You have 1-2 years of working experience with a good understanding of data analysis and project management. Experience working with Client Lifecycle Management applications such as Fenergo will be a strong asset.

  • You have business knowledge. You have working knowledge and experience with Capital Markets products and the data involved with Investment/Asset Managers and Funds.

  • You have a strong analytical background. You have an education in finance, mathematics, science, or business, which provides a strong foundation for data analysis.

  • You give meaning to data. You have excellent reporting skills using MS Office or other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI) to produce relevant analysis, reports, and data visualizations.

  • You have adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in dynamic settings where priorities shift frequently, demonstrating resilience and agility as you manage multiple tasks and respond to changing demands. Your ability to stay focused, organized, and proactive ensures you consistently deliver high-quality results, even under pressure.
